I'm really happy with how all of these little lunar pieces turned out! The texture one the surface of the top layer was done wit a process of "depletion gilding" where the piece is torched and pickled several times to raise the pure silver content to the surface of the sterling silver, and then I fused fine silver sawdust to the surface. Then it was soldered onto a second layer to give it depth, with the hand-stamped lyrics hammered into the back layer.
This piece features a lyric from Phish's gorgeous Waste, paired with a rainbow moonstone!
