This stone is absolutely giant for chalcedony- normally the ones I can get my hands on are about 1/8th the size. This one is so big and beautiful, with the most calming color. It's like a cross between serene waves crossed with calming lavender. It seemed like a great fit to use with one of my favorite lyrics to hide pointed inward- "Just relax, you're doing fine" from Phish's Strange Design. The backplate and sides all have a bubble pattern embossed directly into the silver by running it through my rolling mill with a texture plate, and below the lyrics are two little fish, companions on this ride.
