Please note that USPS has cutoff times for a package to be accepted that same-day as Express Mail, and it takes me additional time to pack up an order and bring it to the post office. An order for Express Mail must be placed with me by 1pm, any later would mean the package would be sent via Express Mail going out the following day.
USPS guarantees Express Mail, meaning that you would receive a refund of the shipping cost only if it does not arrive by their guaranteed time. I am not responsible if they fail to meet this deadline, but I would assist in requesting the refund for you.
The speed of Express Mail is generally overnight to two days, depending on the distance it's going. I am shipping from Columbus, Ohio.
